ENGINEERING COMFORT

THE SCIENCE OF SOFTNESS

Every fabric we use goes through 6 months of testing before it earns a place in a KÖRPER product. We evaluate elasticity, moisture management, thermal regulation, pilling resistance, colorfastness, and hand-feel. If it doesn't pass every test, it doesn't ship.

MICROMODAL AIR — OUR SIGNATURE

MicroModal Air is the heart of KÖRPER. This cellulose-based fiber, produced by Lenzing AG in Austria, is 50% lighter than cotton and naturally temperature-regulating. The fibers are exceptionally fine — just 1.0 dtex — which creates a fabric with a silk-like hand-feel that remains breathable in heat and insulating in cold.

Key properties: naturally antibacterial (resists odor for up to 3x longer than cotton), moisture-wicking (absorbs 50% more than cotton), incredibly soft (gets softer with every wash), and dimensionally stable (no shrinking, no stretching).

RECYCLED NYLON — PERFORMANCE LINE

Our Sport collection uses ECONYL® regenerated nylon, created from ocean waste, fabric scraps, and industrial plastic. The result is a four-way stretch fabric with rapid-dry technology, seamless bonded construction, and a compression-grade fit that moves with your body.

ORGANIC PIMA COTTON — ESSENTIALS

For our Essentials range, we source extra-long-staple Pima cotton from certified organic farms in Peru. These fibers — some of the longest and finest in the world — produce a fabric that is heavier and more structured than Modal, with a matte finish and broken-in feel from day one.

THE WAISTBAND

The part most brands get wrong. Our waistband uses a jacquard-woven elastic with a brushed inner face — soft against the skin, firm enough to stay in place. No roll, no dig, no adjustment needed. Width varies by style: 30mm for briefs, 35mm for trunks, 40mm for boxer briefs.
