We believe great underwear shouldn't take forever to arrive. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center in Lisbon.

United States
Standard Shipping: $4.95 (5–8 business days) — FREE on orders over $50
Express Shipping: $12.95 (2–3 business days)

International
Standard: $14.95 (10–18 business days) — FREE on orders over $100
Express: $29.95 (4–7 business days)

Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships. During peak periods, processing may take an additional day.

RETURNS

If your KÖRPER underwear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

How it works:

1. Email us at returns@korperunderwear.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders only; international returns ship at customer's expense).
3. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? We're happy to help. Email us and we'll arrange a one-time exchange at no additional cost (US orders). For the fastest service, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one.
